I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for another size?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange apparel due to the wrong size since all orders are printed on demand.
I would like another design instead of the one I ordered. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or return products unless they are defective due to the nature of our printing.

My order is lost in the mail. What do I do?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to get in touch with your local post office to try locate the lost order beforehand.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered to you, we cannot take responsibility after it is marked delivered.
My order got damaged in the mail. What do I do?
Oh no! Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with photo verification within 7 days of package receipt and we will replace it at no cost to you.
When will I get my order?
Please give us about 2-7 business days to create apparel then depending on which shipping option you have chosen, that is when you should receive your order. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent tracking info. We appreciate your patience.
